Fraqtals Innovations guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. Covered items include all non-wearable parts, but expendable parts (e.g., bolts, springs) and damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

 

🔧 Warranty Service:

• Customers must provide proof of purchase to claim warranty service.

• Defective parts must be returned prepaid, and if verified, replacement parts will be shipped at no charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Returns are only accepted for exchanges on items damaged during shipping or with manufacturer defects.

• Report damages within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

• Items must be returned in original packaging before an exchange is issued.

• No refunds—exchange only for verified claims.
