LIMITED WARRANTY

General Provisions:

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchasers of new Fraqtals Innovations presses purchased on or after March 19, 2024. Under this warranty, Fraqtals Innovations will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts, materials, or workmanship. Repairs and replacements will be provided at no cost for parts or reasonable labor expenses. Only new or refurbished parts and components provided by Fraqtals Innovations or authorized third parties will be used.

What Is Covered:

This warranty covers all non-wearable parts, components, and materials of new Fraqtals Innovations presses. However, the following items are excluded from warranty coverage:

• Expendable parts (e.g., bearings, springs, bolts, nylon spacers, fasteners).

• Failures resulting from misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

What Is Not Covered:

The following are not covered under this warranty:

1. Costs related to installation, inspection, or routine maintenance.

2. Used equipment.

3. Equipment modified or altered without prior written approval from Fraqtals Innovations (e.g., disassembling components).

4. Routine maintenance, lubrication, or issues caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, improper application, installation, or storage.

5. Service performed by individuals or entities not authorized by Fraqtals Innovations.

Securing Warranty Service:

To request warranty service, customers must contact Fraqtals Innovations or visit an authorized location. Proof of original purchase must be provided. Written authorization from Fraqtals Innovations is required before any parts can be returned.

Defective parts must be shipped to Fraqtals Innovations prepaid. Replacement parts will be shipped freight-collect. If parts are shipped before the defective part is received and deemed warrantable, the replacement will be sent C.O.D. (cost plus freight). If the returned part is found defective due to manufacturing and not customer misuse, the cost of the replacement part will be refunded.

NO REPRESENTATIONS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fraqtals Innovations and its affiliates make no guarantees, warranties, conditions, or representations—express or implied—beyond what is stated in this warranty. This includes implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The remedies provided under this warranty are the purchaser’s exclusive remedies. If this warranty fails to address defects in workmanship or materials, the purchaser’s sole remedy will be limited to a refund or compensation not exceeding the purchase price of the press.

Under no circumstances will Fraqtals Innovations or its affiliates be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits.

• Loss of merchandise.

• Substitution or commercial losses.

Fraqtals Innovations disclaims all liability for bodily injuries, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

NO SELLER’S WARRANTY

Only Fraqtals Innovations is authorized to issue warranties for its products. Third-party sellers or distributors may not modify the terms of this warranty or make any additional promises or representations on behalf of Fraqtals Innovations. Any separate written guarantees provided by third parties will not obligate Fraqtals Innovations.
